Learn How To Add Greeting Messages

This is the instructional where you will learn how to add the greeting messages for your users!

Step 1

To add the "Greeting Message" for your users, the first step is to go to the messenger settings.

Step 2

From the settings, go to the Greeting Message

Step 3

In the message section, add the message you want to show to the users.

Step 4

Choose the variable you want to address to your users such as; First name, Last name, or Full name

Step 5

At last, save the Greeting message by simply clicking on the save button

Step 6

Click the "Test your bot here" link.
