WhatsApp Chatbot Setup

Learn how you can step up your WhatsApp chatbot in the minimal steps

Step 01

Go to the connect from the left toolbar then click on WhatsApp and select “publish bot”

or you can directly choose from the top menu.

Step 02

Once you have clicked the “publish bot”, you can choose two ways to connect with your WhatsApp Business Account.

After selecting the way, you will see a register with Dialog 360, Click on it.

Step 03:

You will see redirected to to account creation tab, sign up or fill out the registration form, go to the settings tab of Botsify’s dashboard and save your Dialog 360 API key and Whatsapp number. That’s it your chatbot will start working

NOTE: Make sure to save the number that is registered on the WhatsApp business account.
