How To Integrate AI Assistant In Botsify

An AI assistant is a software application that uses artificial intelligence to perform tasks or provide user services. These assistants can understand natural language, process information, and respond to queries conversationally. They are designed to help with various functions, such as managing schedules, answering questions, providing recommendations, and automating repetitive tasks. Examples include virtual assistants like Siri, Google Assistant, and website chatbots. Their primary goal is to enhance productivity and improve user experience through intuitive interaction.

STEP 01 

Click on the AI Chatbot icon. By clicking on the Chatbot AI icon, a menu will appear on your screen from the left side

 

STEP 02 

By clicking on AI ASSISTANT, you will be redirected to a page where you can create it.

 

STEP 03

Click on the Create AI Assistant Button.

STEP 04

You can choose the Platform then Enter the API key, Enter the Assistant Name, Select Modal from the Modal Dropdown, Enter the Instruction, and Select Source from the dropdown, Also you can Set fallback Msg or Story and Click on the Save button.

STEP 05

You Can Manage Your AI Assistant.

STEP 06

Click on the website tab and Manage or Add websites.

 

STEP 07

Click on the Add Website Button.

STEP 08

Select Type and Enter URL then Click on Save Button.

STEP 09

Click on the Train button to train the Data.

STEP 10

Click on the File Tab and Manage or Upload files.

STEP 11

Click on the Upload file button and you can upload multiple files. 

STEP 12 

Click on the Train button to train your files.

STEP 13

Create a Story and Drag an AI Assistant Block.

STEP 14

Open the AI Assistant Block and Select Assistant from the Dropdown.

STEP 15

Click on the Save button.

STEP 16 

Set a story as a Default Story.
