CSAT, or Customer Satisfaction Score, is a metric used to measure customer satisfaction with a company's products or services. Create a simple survey question, often using a scale (e.g., 1 to 5 or 1 to 10) to gauge satisfaction. A common question is, "How satisfied are you with our service?"
STEP 01
Go to the Dashboard and click the Publish icon on the side menu bar.
STEP 02
Click on the Advance Setting Option.
STEP 03
Enter a Text in the Question Field.
STEP 04
Click on the Add button to Add a Question.
STEP 05
If you want to remove a question you can click on the Remove button.
STEP 06
Click on the Toggle button to Enable the setting.
STEP 07
Click on the Save button.
STEP 08
Go to the Chatbot and type any keyword then you will show a text response with CSAT Thumbs icons.
STEP 09
When I click on the Thumbs Up/Down Emoji you can give a rate and click on the Submit button.
STEP 10
Click on the Analytics Screen.

You May See a LAST 5 CSAT FEEDBACKS.
