Leads and their collection are very imperative for any business and we understand it.
You can add as many details as you can in this form. Add a skip or exit button for your users if they feel uncomfortable sharing specific details. and fields as *required to get necessary data. And just so you don’t get inappropriate responses, we have gone the extra mile to validate each field’s response to gather filtered valid information.
The following responses can be accepted by Email: Email addresses followed by an @ and email service e.g Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. Number: Any digit to indicate quantity. Options: Customized options as offered by a user for people who interact with the chatbot. Text: Text responses such as name, occupation, etc. Phone: A certain number of digits as a phone number. Location: Location of the chatbot user. Image:
Image files can also be accepted as a response. DateTime: Date and time in a certain format. Currency: Currency input by chatbot users is also acceptable. URL: Website URLs ending with .com, .org, .edu etc are also accepted. Custom Entities: User’s customized entities are also accepted as a response. File: File formats such as Docx, PDF, SVG, etc. can also be accepted as a response. Date: Date in a specific format.
This guide will help you in understanding the creation process of conversational form
Step 1
To create the very first conversational form, the first step is to hit “chatbot AI” from the left toolbar.
Step 2
A whole list of elements will show up then, click the "Conversational Forms" link to proceed.
Step 3
A window will appear showing to continue with the conversational form so, click the "Create Conversational Form" for the next step.
Step 4
A form will appear where you must enter the necessary details and then click the "Next" button.
Step 5
To receive the responses you get, hit the toggle on for immediate responses either via API or email Click the "Email me responses Email" element and enter the email where you want the responses to be dropped
Step 6
Lastly, hit the save button to save the entire conversational form.
