A custom call agent in voice AI refers to a specialized, AI-driven system designed to handle voice-based interactions during phone calls or VoIP communications. These agents are tailored for specific use cases and are often developed using AI frameworks and tools to meet a business or application's unique requirements.
STEP 01
Click on an Agent Icon on the Side Menu.
STEP 02
By clicking on Agent, you will be redirected to a page where you can Customize it.
There is a 4 Options Tab you can select Instruction Option and then type your instruction.
Also, you can click on the Browser Template Button and Choose a Template then click on the Apply Template button.
Also, you can use the Generate Prompt Button.
Then Click on the Save button.
STEP 03
Select the Knowledge Base Option and type a Questions & Answer to Manage Agent Knowledge.
Also, you can click on the Browser Template Button and Choose a Template then click on the Apply Template button.
Also, you can use the Generate Prompt Button.
Then Click on the Save button.
STEP 04
Select a Sample Script Option to Provide a Script to the Agent so it can work according to that.
Also, you can click on the Browser Template Button and Choose a Template then click on the
Apply Template button.
Also, you can use the Generate Prompt Button.
Then Click on the Save button.
STEP 05
Select a Settings Option to Set an Agent Setting Type an Agent Name, Type a Greeting Message, Type a Fallback Message.
If you Mark an Allow Recording Check, type a Pre-Recording Message. You can also select an Agent tone and voice from the Drop-Down menu, then Click on the Save button.
