A custom support agent in voice AI is an AI-powered virtual assistant specifically designed to handle customer support interactions over voice channels, such as phone calls, VoIP systems, or even voice-enabled chat applications. These agents are programmed to address customer queries, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary, all while simulating natural, human-like conversations.
STEP 01
Click on an Agent Icon on the Side Menu.
STEP 02
By clicking on Agent, you will be redirected to a page where you can Customize it.
There is a 4 Options Tab you can select Instruction Option and then type your instruction.
Also, you can click on the Browser Template Button and Choose a Template then click on the Apply Template button.
Also, you can use the Generate Prompt Button.
Then Click on the Save button.
STEP 03
Select the Knowledge Base Option and type a Questions & Answer to Manage Agent Knowledge.
Also, you can click on the Browser Template Button and Choose a Template then click on the Apply Template button.
Also, you can use the Generate Prompt Button.
Then Click on the Save button.
STEP 04
Select a Sample Script Option to Provide a Script to the Agent so it can work according to that.
Also, you can click on the Browser Template Button and Choose a Template then click on the
Apply Template button.
Also, you can use the Generate Prompt Button.
Then Click on the Save button.
STEP 05
Select a Settings Option to Set an Agent Setting Type an Agent Name, Type a Greeting Message, Type a Fallback Message.
If you Mark an Allow Recording Check, type a Pre-Recording Message. You can also select an Agent tone and voice from the Drop-Down menu, then Click on the Save button.
