How to integrate Twilio in voice AI

Twilio is a cloud communications platform that enables developers to integrate messaging, voice, and video capabilities into their applications via APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). It provides a range of communication tools that developers can use to build custom communication solutions, such as SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service), voice calls, video calls, chat, and more.

STEP 01

Go to the https://www.twilio.com/en-us

STEP 02

Click on the Login Option.

STEP 03

Click on the API Key & Token Option from the side Menu.

STEP 04

Click on the Create API key Button.

STEP 05

Enter the Key Name, Select the Key Type, and click the Create Button.

STEP 06

Copy the SID and Secret Key.

STEP 07

Click on the “Settings” icon on the Side Menu.

STEP 08

You will be redirected to a page where you can integrate it by clicking on Settings. 

Set the Twilio Account SID, enter the Twilio Auth Token, and enter the Twilio SMS Number to integrate it.

STEP 09

Click on the Save Button.
