There are many types of Manage Actions in Agent.
- Call Forwarding
- Webhook
- Send Email
- Send SMS
- End Call
- Goal
STEP 01
Click on a Manage Actions Icon on the Side Menu.
STEP 02
Click on Manage Actions to be redirected to a page where you can create it. Click on the Create button.
STEP 03
Type Name in the name field, then Select an Agent Action (Call Forwarding), Enter the Call forwarding number, Type User Says Field, type Agent Says Field, and click on the Save button.
STEP 04
You can Edit or Delete an Action.
STEP 05
Go to the webhook.site URL and get the Webhook Key.
STEP 06
Type Name in the name field, then Select an Agent Action (Webhook), Enter the Webhook Key, Select the Method (Post) From the Drop-down, type User Says Field, type Agent Says Field, and click the Save button.
STEP 07
You can Edit or Delete an Action.
STEP 08
Type Name in the name field, then Select an Agent Action (SEND EMAIL), Enter the Email in the Send Email Field, type User Says Field, type Agent Says Field, and click on the Save button.
STEP 09
You can Edit or Delete an Action.
STEP 10
Type Name in the name field, then Select an Agent Action (SEND SMS), Enter the Number in the Send SMS Field, type User Says Field, type Agent Says Field, and click on the Save button.

You can Edit or Delete an Action.
STEP 12
Type Name in the name field, then Select an Agent Action (END CALL) type User Says Field, type Agent Says Field, and click the Save button.
STEP 13
You can Edit or Delete an Action.
STEP 14
Type Name in the name field, then Select an Agent Action (GOAL), type Text in the Goal Field, type User Says Field, type Agent Says Field, and click the Save button.
STEP 15
You can Edit or Delete an Action.
