How to broadcast a message to your Facebook users?

Broadcasting allows you to send a message to all your Messenger users at once. This is useful for updates, announcements, reminders, or important alerts.

Step 1: Deploy Your Agent to Messenger

Go to your Agent Dashboard.

Click on “Deploy” in the top-right corner.

Select “Messenger” as a platform.

Connect your Facebook Page to link it with your agent.

Step 2: Open Broadcast

1. Once your Facebook Page is connected, go to the Broadcast section in your agent dashboard.

1. Choose the type of broadcast tag (required by Facebook to classify your message):
   
   • Event Subscription – For reminders or updates related to an event.
   • Non-Promotional – For informative messages that don’t include ads or promotions.
   • Account Updates – For important changes related to a user’s account or activity.

Step 3: Create and Send Your Message

1. Type the message you want to send.
2. Review it carefully (broadcasts go out to all your Messenger users).
3. Click Send to broadcast the message instantly.

Always pick the correct Facebook tag for your broadcast to stay compliant with Messenger policies. Using the wrong tag for promotional content may result in delivery restrictions.
