HOW TO INTEGRATE AI ASSISTANT IN AGENTIC

An AI Assistant is an intelligent application that uses artificial intelligence to understand user inputs, answer questions, perform tasks, and provide support automatically. It can interact through text or voice, helping users access information, automate processes, and improve productivity efficiently.
 

STEP 01 

Click on the Chatbot icon. By clicking on the Chatbot icon, a menu will appear on your screen on the left side

 

STEP 02 

By clicking on AI ASSISTANT, you will be redirected to a page where you can create it.

 

STEP 03

Click on the Create AI Assistant Button.

 

STEP 04

You can choose the Platform, then enter the API key, enter the Assistant Name, Select Modal from the Modal Dropdown, enter the Instruction, and Select Source from the dropdown. Also, you can set a fallback message or Story and click on the Save Assistant button.

 

STEP 05

You Can Manage Your AI Assistant.

STEP 06

Go to the Website tab, click Add Website, select the Type, enter the URL(s), then click Add URLs. Finally, click Train on Website Data to train the assistant on the added website content
 

 

STEP 07

Click on the File Tab and Manage or Upload files.

 

STEP 08

Click on the Upload File button to upload multiple files, then click Train to train the assistant on the uploaded files.

 

STEP 09

Create a Story and Drag an AI Assistant Block.

STEP 10

Open the AI Assistant Block and Select Assistant from the Dropdown. Then click on the Save button.

STEP 11

Set a story as a Default Story.
