Creating an image media block

With Agentic Botsify, you don’t need to manually add blocks from the UI.
You can instruct your agent in plain chat to create an Image Media Block at any point in the conversation.

How It Works

Simply say something like:

“Upload this image and show it in the conversation with two buttons.
Button 1 → Track My Order (calls shipment API)
Button 2 → Contact Support (opens livechat)”

The agent will then:

Upload the image you provided.

Display it inside the conversation flow.

Add the button blocks you described with their respective actions.

Platform Support

⚡ Tip: This works anywhere in your flow. You can drop in an image + buttons mid-conversation, without breaking context.

Example

If a user asks:

“Show product image with 2 buttons: Buy Now → checkout page, More Info → product details”

The agent will generate that exact media block automatically.
