Agentic Botsify gives you advanced control over your website chatbot widget so you can decide exactly how it should behave.
Options You Can Configure

Blacklist APIs
- Example: If you don’t want the chatbot to call your order cancellation API, you can blacklist it.

Move Chatbot Widget
- Example: By default, the widget is on the bottom right. You can move it to the left side if it matches your design better.

Lead Capture Form
- Example: Add a conversational form at the very start of the conversation, asking for Name, Email, Phone, before showing the chatflow.

Popup on Page Load
- Example: The chatbot automatically opens on page load, so it’s more prominent for visitors.

Hide Typing Input Area
- Example: If you want users to only interact using button blocks (like a guided flow), you can hide the free-text typing box.
How to Enable These Settings
You don’t need to click through dozens of menus.
Simply tell your Agentic AI what you want, and it will update the settings for you.
