How to view and export users?

Every time someone interacts with your Agent, they are automatically logged as a User inside Agentic Botsify.

Step 1: Access the Users Section

On the left-hand menu, click on Users.
Here you’ll see a list of all the people who have engaged with your agent across different platforms (WhatsApp, Web, Messenger, Instagram, etc.).

Step 2: Filter Users

You can apply filters to segment users based on:

• The platform they came from
• Time period of interaction
• The specific agent they interacted with

This makes it easier to analyze and organize your leads.

Step 3: Export Users

Once filtered, simply click the Download button.
This lets you export your users' list (including their details) for use in your CRM, marketing campaigns, or reporting.
