- On your website chatbot: at the top-right corner.
- On Messenger: right beside the chat area.
This helps your users navigate better, find answers faster, and take actions without typing.
What Can Menu Options Do?
Menu options are versatile and can serve multiple purposes, such as:
- 🔗 External Links — Send users to your website, pricing page, FAQs, or any other resource.
- 📂 Show Internal Menus — Open the chatbot’s main menu or sub-menus.
- 🌍 Change Languages — Example: add a menu option that switches your chatbot to Spanish or French.

How to Add Menu Options:
Step 1: Open Agent Settings
Go to your Agent Settings inside Botsify.
Step 2: Add Menu Options
Find the Menu Options section and add the items you want. For each option, you can choose:
- A title (what the user sees)
- An action (link, show menu, change language, or custom command)
Step 3: Save & Test
Once saved, refresh your chatbot on your website or Messenger. The menu options will appear for users right away.
