Agentic Botsify lets you take over conversations from your AI Agent anytime using the Livechat feature.
Step 1: Access Livechat
From the left-hand navigation, click on Livechat.
This opens a single, unified UI where you can chat with your users in real time.
Step 2: Switching From AI to Human
- As soon as you start chatting, the agent is turned off for that user, so it doesn’t interfere in the middle of your conversation.
- After 30 minutes of no response, the conversation automatically becomes active for the agent again.
- You can also manually turn the agent back on/off using the toggle button at the top of the conversation.
Step 3: Extra Tools for Better Conversations
Inside Livechat, you can also:
- View attributes of the user to understand their context.
- Use the sentiment analysis bar to quickly gauge the user’s mood.
- Filter conversations for easy navigation.
- Assign conversations to specific team members to collaborate better.
